regasm and Win Server 2003

I have a .net dll that interops with a VS6 C++ application. I've installed
the DLL with regasm on Win2000 and WinXp systems with success. When I run
the regasm on the 2003 system, the program reports the types were registered
successfully, but nothing is put into the register. And of course, the
program doesn't work.

Are there special considerations needed for dealing with the 2003 server?

I don´t think so. Could you use RegMon
(http://www.sysinternals.com/utilities/regmon.html) to spy the registry
activity when you use regasm.exe?
