Regarding - Exporting data from one Excel file to another

Hi,

I am working in a web application where I need to import data from
one Excel file. Add a row number to each row in that file and save it
in the specified folder. All this have to be done by clicking a single
button.

Pls help me in getting the solution for the above said problem.
