Regarding ACTs recording problem

We are facing ACT Recording problem:

1) We are doing initial recording of script using ACT of .net
application
and experiencing problem of page not found.
2) Problem does not appear during manual execution of same business
function of Application.

If any body has faced similar problem and have idea to debug
please respond to our query. Thanks in advance
