Regarded svhost.exe

Dear Sir/Madam, How are you? I have facing a problem and hoping to get the solution from you all who are expert in this field. I had delete the svhost.exe file and my windows XP is curently working unproperly. Even System restore also failed to run. So, I would like to ask for your side advice regarded this problems.

In Windows XP you have restore points, that might be one thing to try. But
in all honesty you might have better luck just to do an inplace upgrade.
This should replace the files needed and get you going. Worse comes to
worse, back up then format and reinstall.
