Reg sending mail problem.

hi,

I have mail server outside my premises. i am unable to send mail to
particular persons only for outlook .If i send mail to the mail to the
particualr person from webmail option , he is able to recive the mails. but
whenever i send mail to particular from outlook only not going...

Any help may be appreciated to find out the status or log of the particualr
mail transaction from outlook like which is blocking....

i have only mcafee ,i checked the mcafee log , it is not blocking .i am sure

It sounds like your ISP is blocking port 25 outbound. See if your mail
service is using port 587 for email message submission.

No, i am sure ,port is not at all blocked.. Since other user's in my network
they are able to send mails fromoutlook.


One more thing, i have little more update reg this case..

Whenver i send mail to that particualr person, his outlook is showing
receiving 1 message as status.. but the mail is not getting downloaded.
since there is no rules and alerts inthe outlook.

Any help may be appreciated.
