reg. schedule task for auto shutdown of the windows2000server

my windows 2000 server should shutdown automatically
according to the scheduled time fixed by me. what should i
do for this. kindly mail me.
 
Use the Task Scheduler to invoke shutdown.exe (Win2000
Resource Kit).
