My bad, forgot to add the how to:

Go to Windows Explorer/Folder Options/File Types. Scroll down to REG and
highlight. Click Advanced, highlight Merge under Actions and then Edit.
Under Application used to perform action, remove what is there and replace
it with: regedit.exe /s "%1"
