refused connection

Hi,I am running xp home,my internet connection is dsl,my
anti-virus is up to date,i have sygate
firwall,ad-aware,spyware blaster and spy-boot every one is
up to date,my problem is sometime when i clic a web link i
get this alert message:the connection was refused when
attempting to contact http:\\www.....what can i do to
correct that?....Thanks

What is after the www........? In the meantime, run this combo, especially
the last one.

Run Ad-Aware SE, Spybot and HijackThis:
