Refresh??

I was wondering if there was a way that you can refresh the data.

I have a form that when i input data like a price list, that if i entered
the wrong amount the subtotal stays the same as it did before and then i
would have to close the form and then reopen it , then it would display the
new - correct data... if i create a command button is there a way that i can
make it work like a refresh button and refresh the data so that it will
display the newly updated data instead of always having to exit the form
every time?

if anyone can give me a simply answer that a chimp like me can understand
that would be great!!

I don't know how your form is constructed but ahe you played with:
Me.Refresh or Me.Recalc?
