Refresh

I have controls on my main form so they user can not
chang some fields once they have been entered, so I have
another form for New Entries, what i need is a button on
the main for that will refresh so the new record can be
seen. I have tried a couple of things but they have not
worked. Any suggestions from the pro?

How are you populating the main form now?
seems to me you could use the that.
if it is a query populating the form, just rerun the query.
