refresh everytime my firefox and IE. virus attack?

Hi,

Do anyone have the problem like half of the web sites you usually go suddenly not walking or need to refresh a lot of times. For example, I am not able to log on to my yahoo mail. It always appears the "Server not found" message. Some websites have failed to show all the images.

Do my laptop get any virus?
