Refresh a form

How to I refresh the display of one form in one window, from a form in
another window?

For instance, I have a page that is a summary of various information. On
the main page, the user can click on a button and the summery will display
in another window. I want that second window to refresh and update with new
information when the user updates information on the main page. So how to I
"refresh" a page from another page?

You'll likely need to use some client side javascript.
This allows a child window to refresh its parent:

window.opener.location.reload(true);
