Reformatting extensively linked spreadsheet

I am trying to add 3 new stores to a very
extensive "controller's report" spreadsheet that
references "gross sales ytd" and "last year's gross sales
ytd" from worksheets from prior fy. The worksheets are
set up in week and period format. week 1, period 1 would
be the first week of the year, through week 4, period 13.
I need to add these new stores to the existing format,
however referencing each one of the last fy worksheets
that tie to that week and period is impossible. Please
help!

Could you be a little more specific? Why is it impossible?

What exactly are you trying to do?

What do you mean by "The worksheets are set up in week and period
format"?

How about a concrete example -- what are the titles of some of your
worksheets?
