Reformating Updated Cells

Anyone know if it is possible to format a cell based on if
that cell has been updated?

I have linked spreadsheets that update pricing information
per customer based on price changes in the "master"
spreadsheet. Once I update the price changes on the
master, I need to go to each spreadsheet and highlight the
prices that changed so the customer can identify which
prices have been updated.

Is there and easier way?
