Reformating harddrive

I need to start over... Kazaa's adware has no mercy on
my machine!

Anyway, I forgot how to do this with XP. Don't I go into
dos and type FORMAT C: or something of that nature. I've
done this before so the rest of the process isn't an
issue.
 
You can just re-format during the install process of XP using XP install
disks or booting to XP cd.
