Hello,

Can someone help me, please?

A B C D
1 David Steven Telephone x
2 David Steven DOB y
3 David Simon Telephone Z
4 David Simon DOB T

I need a formula that will look at column A for David, then column B for
Steven, then column C for DOB and then return value on colunm D.

I tried to use if, and, vlookup however it didn't work.

Best Regards,

Vanessa Simmonds

You should ask your question in an Excel group. This group is for Access,
the Office relational database application.

But, I think you will find the answer is a VLookup, perhaps you didn't do it
correctly.
