I am in the process of writing a lengthy survey with several skip patterns.
Each question in the survey has a number using the outline formatting in
Word, however, when I write the skip patterns (for example: Skip to question
6 if question 4 is yes) I was wondering if there was a way to automatically
update the number in the skip pattern if I add another question to the
survey. In the above example, if I add a question before question 6, the
outline bumps it to question 7 and the skip pattern is wrong. Is there a way
to reference question 6 on the outline so that it if it gets bumped down to
question 7 then the number in the skip pattern will update to 7 as well?
