Referencing Microsoft Office Object 11.0

I have developed an Access application. On one form I have a button that
will "browse" for a file. I have used code I found on this site that
requires a reference to Microsoft Office Object 11.0. All is working well on
my computer that is running XP and Microsoft Office Professional 2003.
The application was developed in Access 200 format.
When installed on my client's computer the "browse" function does not work.
They are running XP, and using Access 2003, Word 2002, and Excell 2002. The
Microsoft Office Object 11.0 is not available under their tools and
references.
1) Is there anyway this object can be added and used in their
configuration, and if so how do I find it and install it? 2) If not, what
is the minimum upgrade they will need to install to be able to use this
browse function? 3) Is there any other way to give them a browse function
without the need for the object?

I am rather inexperienced at Access and would appreciate any help you can
provide.

I just found Allen Browne's reply to another post about an available API that
does not require this reference and will work on all levels of Access. I am
going to try using this in my application. The code does look intimidating,
but states it works "out of the box". Wish me luck. Thanks Allen.
