I have seen this done but wasn't available when the steps involved were
discussed. All I can remember of what I did catch was I believe the Indirect
function might have been used. In the example I saw, there was a named range
on one tab and on another tab, there was a cell with a data validation list
that reference the named range in such a manner that when the drop down box
was clicked the list displayed the contents of the entire named range. Would
anyone happen to know how this was done? Thank you!

Just using a named range for the other tab should be sufficient for what you
say that you want.
