Try putting the entire code into a new standard module:
1. Click the Modules tab of the Database window.
2. Click New. Access opens a new window.
3. Paste in everything between the ***Code Start*** and ***Code End***
lines.
4. Choose Compile from the Debug menu.

If it still fails, post back the exact error message, and indicate which
line is highlighted when you receive the error.
