Reference Parameters in reports

I have tried to recreate Article-141613 several times, and
for the most part it works, however I have to enter the
start and end dates more than once in order for the report
to preview. The information on the report is there and in
the text box as stated.
enter start date, OK
enter end date, OK. and then prompts for another start
date before it will preview.

Double check that you have typed the exact same thing when you entered
the parameters under Query -> Parameters and when you entered the
criteria, with the exception of the additional square brackets in the
latter case.
