Reference Fields formatting issue

Hello,
I have a Word template where only fields are accessible. Users fill in
fields on the first page and those fields are referenced throughout the
document (kind of a pseudo mailmerge where users have to select Print Preview
first). Problem is that in the reference fields the formatting gets messed
up, for example - one field is for the Full Name - user enters first and last
names into this single field, but the reference fields show different font
size and bolding for the first name than the last name.

Any help would be appreciated.

Never mind, I solved it with the \* CHARFORMAT switch.
