Reference ERROR!!!!

I am using Access 2002 for my database. When I go to my Module and click
"Tools", then "References", the library list never comes up and I get an
error message saying, "unable to access system registry". I click HELP and it
tells me to "run the SETUP of the host program". I have reinstalled SETUP for
Access and still get the same error.

Is there something wrong with my computer?

Sounds as though there is.

I'd try reinstalling Access.
