Reference a workbook based on a cell reference

Is there a way to reference in a formula another workbook based on a
cell reference. Example: If cell a1 contains the value "Jan", I want to
be able to have the formula say look at cell a1 and then lookup a value
in that workbook called Jan.

I found the answer in other question: look for "Cell value in text string"
