Refedit...please suggest

Hi..
I am trying to programitically add/create refedit ...is it
possible through vba...i tried so many methods...

please suggest.

I want to create refedits dynamically....
I tried to create an object like:
Dim NewRef As MSForms.RefEdit..

it doesnt work

any ideas...
