My Outlook 2000 Calendar is taking up 35Mb of the 40Mb of the size I'm
allotted. I archived everything upto Nov. 10 but the size only dropped 5Mb.
How do I figure out what is taking up so much space?

Compact the PST file, if you're using one. Right click on the top-level
folder of the PST in your folder view list, properties, advanced, compact
(this is from memory, but I think it's close). You might want to do it a
couple of times. PST files don't shrink automatically in size when you
remove data from them.

Compact your calendar folder - to know how, use F1 help and type in "compact
folder."
