Reduce windows folder size

Hi all.

My windows xp pro has run for a year.
Now, the size of windows folder and other system folder
is too large (2-3GB). Anh speed slow down.
Could you show me how can I reduce the size of windows
(remove unneccessary files, history, system file...

Go to your Control panel, double click Internet Options, delete cookies,
delete files, clear history then defrag your hard drive.

You do not want to delete data unless you are absolutely sure there is
no problem.
