Reduce the font size on Outlook calendar to display more the sche.

When sharing calendars, the appointment content disappears due to the view
being compressed. Why can't the font size shrink to allow a better view.

Second suggestion:
Have calendar format the hours of the day so an easier comparison of
appointments can be made in a side-by-side view (sharing calendars).

Outlook 2003 will not be reprogrammed for this. Outlook 2007 has greatly
improved calendar functions.
