Reduce Sheet Size

I have a sheet in a xlw which has data in just 200 rows but the scrol
bar believes that the sheet uses every row - this makes it hard to us
the scroll bar to scroll down the 200 rows.

How do I reset the size of the sheet to the rows uaed so that scrollin
is easier.
