Redraw the hole Desktop

Is there a helping hand?

I was able to get the DC of the desktop to draw on it, but now i need the functionality to refresh the desktop and delete the drawing i made. At this time i "solve" the problem by showing and closing a generated form with desktop dimensions, but it's not really a solving, cause it doesn't affect the area out of the working area and it is not a prof. way

Please send me an idea for a simple desktop refresh
There must be a function probably in the gdi32.dll or user32.dll, but there's no way to find it yet
