Redirecting websites

Can anyone tell me if a client on my network wanted to
access the site microsoft.com how could i redirect him to
a HTML page i have created.

Create a microsoft.com FLZ in DNS. This could turn out to be a huge mistake
though.

You could modify the clients hosts file ...

Or if you run ISA server for your proxy you could create a routing rule.
