redirecting MyDocuments to Home directory does not work

Folder Redirection only seems to work when I specify a specific remote
directory. (Win2k client machine, Win2k3 AD)

Is this a known issue?
 
I have the same problem- I just updated my Folder Redirection GPO on Win2k3
DC to move to home directories, and 2000 clients aren't updating (the XP ones
are). I notice this is an old post- have you had any success with this yet?
