redirecting email that shows the original sender so I can reply

I did the forward through mail rules and can't seem to figure out how to show
the original sender. When I receive a forwarded email it is from my email
and It does not show the original sender to reply to. Am I doing something
wrong. I also can't seem to find out how to redirect......redirect or
forward which is the best way to go?
 
You would need to use the rule action to forward the message as an attachment. Redirect is available only if you're working with an Exchange mail account.
