redirected to a shopping site??!!!

There are about 5 different websites that get redirected
to www.shopathomeselect.com whenever I try to go there.
For example: I type in www.ebay.com and it sits there
for a second and then the shop at home website appears.
No matter how I try to go to ebay, it always does the
same thing. Please help, I have an ebay business that is
being affected by this nuisance.
by the way, I have downloaded every update available from
microsoft, deleted all cookies and temp internet files,
plus much more.
