redirected "My Documents"

While swithching to a new server (same domain) working
towards removing the current server, I'm moving user
profiles to the new machine.

When the user logs in at the node, the "My Documents"
folder is still located at the old server. Ability to
change the location is grayed out.

Seems like a dumb question, but nevertheless, I need help
changing the location to the new server.
