redirected home folders deleted after logoff

I have an intermitent issue with redirected home folders
being deleted when a user logs off. I have changed my
redirection policy settings from moving files back to
their original location to leaving folder in its redir
location and also tried deleting the policy and
recreating it but problem still occurs

Any help would be appreciated
