Redirected Folders. (Again)

I redirect my start menu to C:\StartMenu, using GPO Start
Menu folder redirection, then script shortcuts into this
folder to have a fully customised start menu.
I always end up with a Startup folder as in
C:\StartMenu\Startup.
I have tried to script removal of it, but I think it is
generated with the user profile and it is created after my
script to delete it has run.
I don't want the Startup folder. Any suggestions on how to
remove it?

Any help appreciated.

You can't. The startup folder is builtin.
