Redirect to new Home Page?

Is there an easy way in FP to have someone who goes to one page be redirected to another page? I
changed my starting page from .html to .asp and just in case someone bookmarked it with the
file/extension instead of just the site name, I'd like to have them redirected to the new page.

Maybe something where it says "The home page has moved to:.... You will be reidrected in 5 seconds"

And then just bump them over there...

Can FP do this or does it have to be done through javascript or something else?
