Redirect a frame to another site

I advertise on a search engine. When a user clicks on my advertisement in
the search engine it links to a page on my site. Does Front Page have the
ability to automatically open a frame on my web page and redirect that frame
to another web site destination?

You can add some JavaScript to control your frames
