Hello all,

Just quickly, I have a red flashy thing moving from left to right above my
task list in my to-do bar. I have had a look to see if any tasks are due
today but they don't have any due dates on them. Why is this there? Using
Outlook 2007.

As in loading the view? How long is your task list? Try resetting the To-Do
Bar;
Click on the Arranged By header and select Custom... Here click Reset
Current View.

Hi Roady,

I have 7 tasks so it's not long. My first impressions were that there was a
task due or oversue and needs attention. I have reset the view and then it
dissapeared. I then changed it back to my custom setting and now its gone.
STRANGE!!!

Where it says 'Arranged by: Custom' above 'type new task' a small strip
appears above it and a red bar wizzes from left to right a bit like when
windows is searching for updates but in red. It doesn't affect any other
aspect of Outlook it seems to be integrated into the tasks feature.

Never mind.

I am sure I will figure out what it is for.

I will let you know.
