Add Empty Recycle Bin to the Right Click (Line 21)

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.

Kelly,

I didn't post the original question but did read your response and
thought that your REG file would be pretty neat, so I did get it,
applied it, and it works GREAT! Just wanted to say thank you and let
you know that I, for one, truly appreciate you and your significant
impact to the world of better/easier/faster/safer XP computing!
