recycle bin

Hello

I have just deleted the standard invoice form in MYOB.
AAAARRRGGH! Could you please tell me step by step how to
locate a deleted file/form. The help button under recycle
bin says "To restore all of the items, on the EDIT menu
click SELECT ALL and then on the FILE menu click RESTORE.
When I open recycle bin and immediately go to EDIT then
SELECT ALL, I dont have a RESTORE function under FILE at
all. Please tell me all is NOT lost and someone can help
me, I need that form desperately.

Once you have all the items selected, right click any item in the list and
use the Restore option there.
