Recycle Bin

Hi,Windows XP Pro System Restore will not work even though it is turned on.How can I fix this?My normal Recycle Bin Icon has disappeared and has changed to a regular looking file Folder on the desktop.How can I change it back?Thanks Brian

Start>Run>type "rundll32.exe advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection
C:\Windows\Inf\sr.inf"
or,
open Windows Explorer, navigate to
"C:\Windows\Inf" folder and right-click sr.inf > choose Install

1. Insert the Windows XP CD
2. Click Start/Run
3. Type the following command and press Enter
"rundll32.exe advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection C:\Windows\Inf\sr.inf"

Second issue:

Replace/Repair the Recycle Bin (Line 64)
