Is there a way of recovering files, which were firstly in the Recycle Bin
and then were erroneously emptied?

If I am not mistaken some years ago I saw an affirmative answer to this
question.
 
In theory, if the space that the file occupied before it was deleted
has not yet been reused, the file may be recoverable. There are several
tools around, some better than others, that will scan a drive and
recover deleted files. Google for "recover deleted files" and try
some of the programs.
