Recycle Bin

Question and think I'm crazy for asking but I have a customer who is
desparate. If you delete files from your recycle bin is there anyway
possible for recovery those files. I know what the answer will be but I need
confirmation. Just in case Microsoft has a back door.

Several 3rd party utilities, best one I have used is R-Studio NTFS (for 2k
and xp). It will scan the drive and list deleted, formatted and broken
files. No MS way that I know of.
