Recycle Bin won't allow any files to be protected from deletion.

I have adjust Recycle Bin properties every which way but lose, and no-matter
what I do, any files which are deleted go straight into the ether. I have no
idea what is causing this. Whether the "Do not move files to the Recycle
Bin..." box is checked or not, all files deleted are deleted permanently.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I think this happens because the recycle bin is full. try to uncheck the box
"Do not move files to the Recycle
Bin..." then icrease the size of the recycle bin, or empty files on recycle
bin then restart.
