My Recycle Bin is not showing up in "My Computer" or "Windows Explorer".
If I right click on the Desktop Icon for Recycle Bin the options are now "Cut, Create Shortcut and Delete".
If I double click on the Desktop Icon for Recycle Bin it turns 50% Translucent and stays that way untill Reboot.
The Desktop Icon for Recycle Bin has no name, it just looks like a full bin.
The Icon is not Hidden manually or by some program, the Recycle Bin just does not seem to exist.
No Microsoft KB Article is available for a proper solution to this problem.
Any ideas to solve this issue let me know please.
Thanks.
