Recycle Bin is NOT really empty..But...

What's wrong when you open the recycle bin and no deleted files appear
It appears to be empty, but when I select "Empty Recycle Bin", a windo
says, "are you sure you want to delete these 26 items?".

Does anybody have a cure
 
Try this: Start>Run and type "cmd" withtout the quotes. In the new screen, write also without the quotes_
"rd \RECYCLER /s" <hit Enter>
"exit" <hit Enter>
