Recurring tasks should move to Monday if they fall on a weekend.

I have several recurring tasks that occur on specific dates (i.e. 1st, 5th,
10th, etc.). However, if these dates fall on a weekend or holiday, they need
to be performed the next business day. For example if the task needs to be
completed on the 5th, but the 5th falls on a Sunday, then I need it to move
to Monday the 6th.

I can thnik of instances where it would be useful to have it move to the
business day beofre as well (for example the "pay the bill" tasks that you
don't want to pay too late). I.e make it possible to configure to move to
before or after if the day occurs on a holiday or weekend.

I would vote for this if it were the business day before. As in completing
timesheets, paying bills (as the previous poster stated). If it is due on
the specific date, it should be the business day before.
