Try clearing the forms cache.

If you close outlook
Perform a FIND (click on desktop and press <F3>)
(If you are using XP or W2K operating system be
sure to look in hidden files)
Look for FRMCACHE.DAT file.
Delete it from the find window.
Restart Outlook.

When you restart Outlook it will rebuild a fresh new
FRMCACHE.DAT file.

If this is ineffective you may try checking...

Are you both set up for using "CALENDAR CACHE"?

Tools | Options | Preferences tab
Click the CALENDAR OPTIONS... button
Turn off the check mark next to
ALWAYS USE LOCAL CALENDAR

When this is turned on the client does not send the information back
to the Exchange Server until a "synchronization" happens. A sync
doesn't usually happen until the client logs out of Outlook or logs in or
if their program is configured to synchronize at particular times.

Deleting the dat file (actually 2 of them) worked
perfectly. It also got rid of another issue with
attachments that I wasn't being able to view even though
they were there. Thank you so much!!!
